The Best Turkish Breakfast in Dubai, at MYA Dubai Mall

If you're looking for the best Turkish breakfast in Dubai, it's laid out serpme style on the Waterfalls side of Dubai Mall, first floor. More than 20 dishes arrive together, from white cheese, olives, and honey to kaymak and warm simit, with Turkish tea topped up until you say stop. Indoor tables sit beside the Waterfalls; balcony tables face the Burj Khalifa. Kahvaltı is served from 10 AM daily, and weekend tables go first, so reserve on WhatsApp with your date, time, and party size.

The Best Turkish Breakfast in Dubai, Served Serpme Style

Serpme means "spread", and it decides how the whole morning goes. Nothing is plated in courses; the full breakfast lands at once, edge to edge across the table, and stays there while the tea keeps coming in tulip glasses. It's a meal built for talking, and most tables sit well past the last simit. The room helps. Indoor seats run alongside the Dubai Mall Waterfalls, balcony seats look straight at the Burj Khalifa, and the service refills without hurrying you. If you've eaten kahvaltı in Istanbul, the shape of this table will feel familiar. If you haven't, this is the right first one: everything is labelled on the menu, the portions are built for sharing, and the team will happily explain what pekmez is before you pour it. Come hungry, clear your morning, and let the tea set the pace. The spread is built to share, so a table of four sees the whole range without anyone over-ordering.

What's on the Table: Cheeses, Simit, Honey, and Kaymak

The cold spread carries more than 20 items. Cheeses run from beyaz peynir and tulum to aged kashar. Olives come green and black, beside ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, and fresh herbs dressed in olive oil. On the sweet side, there's Turkish honey, homemade jams, tahini with pekmez, and kaymak thick enough to hold a spoon upright. Bread arrives warm and gets replaced rather than rationed: sesame-crusted simit, poğaça, and loaves straight from the oven. The sourcing is the quiet difference: sucuk from Turkish suppliers with the right spicing, imported tea leaves, and simit dough made to the traditional recipe. It's why the table reads like Istanbul rather than a hotel buffet, and why regulars order the same spread every visit. Nothing on it needs upgrading; it needs eating slowly.

Hot From the Pan: Menemen, Sucuklu Yumurta and Gözleme

The hot dishes are cooked when you order them, not held on a line. Menemen, eggs scrambled soft into tomatoes and green peppers, arrives still bubbling in its copper pan. Sucuklu yumurta pairs spiced Turkish sausage with eggs cooked sunny side up. Börek comes filled with cheese, spinach, or minced meat, the pastry baked to a crackle. There's a Turkish take on eggs benedict built on simit with a yoghurt-based hollandaise, and gözleme rolled and filled to order. Ask for the menemen without sucuk, and it stays vegetarian without losing anything. These are the dishes guests come back for; start with one pan for the table and see how long it lasts before someone orders a second.

A Turkish Breakfast in Dubai That Keeps the Istanbul Rules

Plenty of places serve a Turkish breakfast in Dubai; fewer serve it the way it works at home. The rules are simple, and MYA keeps them: everything on the table at once, tea that never runs out, and no one clearing plates while you’re still talking.

The kitchen follows traditional technique: menemen scrambled soft, börek layered by hand, and tea brewed in a two-tiered çaydanlık rather than a machine. Guests notice.

MYA holds 4.9 from more than 4,500 Google reviews, and the breakfast service is one of the most repeated reasons in them.

Vegetarian and Lighter Choices

A kahvaltı table is generous to vegetarians without any special requests. The cheeses, olives, vegetables, honey, jams, kaymak, and breads are meat-free as standard; menemen can be made without sucuk, and the börek comes in spinach and cheese versions. Eggs carry the protein, olives and olive oil carry the fats, and the bread is fresh rather than fried. Add a seasonal fruit plate and a glass of ayran, and it’s a lighter morning than the length of the table suggests.

Tell the team about allergies when you reserve, and the kitchen will flag what to skip before anything reaches the table.

Weekend Kahvaltı, Taken Slowly

Plenty of places serve a Turkish breakfast in Dubai; fewer serve it the way it works at home. The rules are simple, and MYA keeps them: everything on the table at once, tea that never runs out, and no one clearing plates while you’re still talking.

Turkish Tea, Coffee, and Ayran

Tea is the spine of the meal. It’s brewed strong in a çaydanlık, poured into tulip glasses, and topped up until you turn your glass down. Turkish coffee follows, made in a copper cezve and served with the grounds still settling. It’s the traditional finish to the table. Cold options include ayran, freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, and orange juice pressed from Valencia oranges. None of it is an afterthought; the refill rhythm is what keeps a kahvaltı going for two hours without anyone checking the time.

If you’re staying on past breakfast, the full drinks list runs considerably wider.

Business Breakfasts and Group Tables

A serpme table does the ice-breaking for you, which is why it works for business. The spread is shared, the ordering is minimal, and the room is quiet enough at 10 AM to hear the person across the table. MYA sits on the first floor of Dubai Mall, minutes from Downtown offices, with the mall’s parking a lift ride away.

Groups are straightforward too: the format scales, dietary needs are covered by the variety already on the table, and larger parties can reserve a section in advance. Plenty of teams have quietly decided the best Turkish breakfast in Dubai doubles as the best meeting room in it.

Where the Ingredients Come From

The short answer is Turkey, wherever it matters. The sucuk comes from Turkish suppliers, the tea leaves are imported, and the cheese board leans on varieties you won’t find on a wholesale list. The simit follows the traditional recipe: chewy inside, sesame crust outside.

Fresh produce is chosen daily: tomatoes for ripeness, cucumbers for snap, and herbs for scent. None of this is visible on the menu, but it’s the difference you taste between a themed breakfast and the real table. The same sourcing standard runs across the rest of the kitchen, from the grill to the seafood, which is one reason breakfast guests tend to come back for dinner.

I have been to many restaurants in my lifetime. This restaurant is hands down the best food and experience I’ve had EVER. The ambience and presentation was amazing, and the food was so fresh and out of this world it was insane. The best dish we had out of everything we ordered was definitely the truffle pasta! So good. Steak was cooked to perfection as well. Cannot wait to comeback here someday
